Answered by somebody who knows what the crews are doing this week. Telephone during working hours, or send the form below and we will reply the same working day.

Everything except your name, an address to reply to and a description of the project is optional. The more of it you fill in, the more useful the first reply is — but if the project is urgent, telephone rather than typing.
Have these four things to hand
None is essential — telephone with nothing but a question if you like — but with these four, a first call usually ends with a real order of magnitude rather than with somebody promising to look into it.
- What the facility has to do, and what it does now. The permit limit that is driving the project is usually the most useful single sentence.
- What can be taken out of service, for how long, and in what season. This is normally the tightest constraint on the whole project and the one least often established before a bid goes out.
- Depth, groundwater and surface if there is pipe in it. Those three move a per-foot price by a factor of three, and with them a published range collapses to something useful on the call.
- The date, and what happens if it slips. “Before the end of the fiscal year” and “before the permit renewal on the 14th” produce completely different plans.

What happens next
- We talk through the facility and the constraint, and say plainly what has to be defined before anybody can price it.
- You get an honest order of magnitude, built from the published unit prices, with its assumptions stated.
- If it goes to procurement, we bid it against your documents — and tell you in writing during the bid period if the sequence in them will not work.
- The work runs to the sequence on the process page, with its three hold points, and finishes when the closeout package is accepted.
No obligation attaches to any of it, and nobody is added to a mailing list for telephoning. The opt-out policy says how to stop contact.
By email or post
By email. [email protected] — for bid documents, purchase orders, insurance requests and vendor paperwork. Please do not send plant access details or SCADA information by email without telephoning first.
RN Civil Construction, LLC 6025 S Quebec St Englewood, CO 80111Bid documents, contracts, subcontracts, insurance requests and vendor-registration paperwork can be posted here. Please telephone before visiting — the people you would want to speak to are usually on a plant rather than sitting at a front desk.
Is something discharging right now?
Say so in the first sentence. An active problem and a planned capital project are different conversations, and the first one should not wait behind the second. Tell us where, what you can see, and whether anything has already been isolated.
